Red Beach House unifies urban industrialism with natural landscapes.

When entrepreneur and design industry veteran Amauri Aguiar was conceptualising his new luxury interiors brand Verso, he knew that assembling a collection of heirloom quality modern and contemporary furniture, lighting, art, and design objects would be the easier of his two goals to achieve. Resident was proud to support HomeGround, the new building of Auckland City Mission - Te Tāpui Atawhai by donating a selection of Pier Barstools by Léonard Kadid. 

Spearheaded by Resident, the New Zealand Design Pavilion in San Francisco was designed by creative agency Aditions and installed in the extraordinary Shack 15 co working space, our 7500 sq ft installation represents the most significant display of commercially available NZ designs, in history.⁠

Last week Resident completed its sixth Salone del Mobile with a bold and ambitious exhibition in the Grand Cloister of San Simpliciano, Milan. The 16th century cloister garden provided a spectacular backdrop for our installation which was backed by a five meter high wall constructed from blue card-boxes, of which are all to be recycled.
