Paddington Square

Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, a once-neglected site is transformed into a world-class gateway to one of London’s most historic stations.

Paddington Square is a striking 17-storey building designed to complement its renowned neighbour, Paddington Station. Home to 14 floors of premium office space accommodating over 4,000 professionals, the building also features an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and retail destinations. This project reimagines the area 170 years after the opening of Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s historic station, re-establishing it as a bustling hub for millions.

STUDIOTHIRTYTHREE contributed to this landmark project by curating the interior furnishings for the welcome lounge. Featuring Isabella Chairs in Maharam Supreme Mohair, Carousel and Kashmir Chairs in Maharam Mode, Spindle by Simon James. The space embodies understated elegance. High ceilings, a thoughtful layout, and natural light frame incredible views of London, while a gentle, earthy colour palette creates a calming and refined atmosphere.
