Last week the Resident team toured Fisher & Paykel’s new Experience Centre in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. The Centre has been designed to reflect Fisher & Paykel’s uniquely ‘Designed in Aotearoa New Zealand’ identity and philosophy. 

Park House,16 Finsbury Circus (London) was developed in 2008 as a new building behind a Grade II Listed façade with a dramatic atrium. The dual entrance halls provide an impressive arrival experience, having been extensively refurbished in 2018, along with the other communal areas in the building.

Waikato based interior design studio Gezellig Interiors is pronounced heh-SELL-ick, a dutch word describing something as inviting, pleasant, comfortable and lived in. Their latest project situated on Peake Road in Aotearoa, New Zealand features polished concrete floors complemented by gentle interior tones and textiles.

The new owners of this Stockholm penthouse had a whole host of beautiful art they wanted to incorporate when renovating its 120 square metres. Creating a natural backdrop to the paintings, sculptures and furniture belonging to the family.
