Léonard Kadid is an architect and product designer based in Paris, France. From object to architecture, the work of his studio focuses on structural experimentation and formal simplification to explore the intrinsic characteristics of matter. After 

studying at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland and the École d'Architecture de la Ville et des Territoires in Paris, Léonard collaborated with some renowned international offices, before setting up his own studio.

John Tree is a London-based product designer, whose work is built upon a broad knowledge of technology, markets, materials and processes. He develops products across multiple categories, from high-end, small-run items through to mainstream mass-produced commercial items.

Clean lines and muted tones contrast the raw brick and concrete of this former print house in Warsaw – now converted into a pair of stripped-back holiday homes.

This unusual site has two street frontages, one occupied by an Edwardian villa, the other was a large lawn. This presented the opportunity to have a second front to the house, in the form of a significant addition that faces the rear street.

No 92 Wine Bar by Pattern Studio preserves the historical essence of a rendered brick, late 1800s Victorian Georgian Building in Glebe. Past iterations have seen the building house a bank, tea room, antique dealer, boot factory and even a private investigators office.
