RK Residence by Seear-Budd Ross

Situated at the base of the Wainuiomata hills in the lower North Island of New Zealand, this Marine Parade home mixes texture and tone, to create a meditative like retreat for its owners.

Designed by Seer-Budd Ross, the deep internal rafters are pierced with skylights that spill abundant natural light into the interior.

RK Residence is crafted largely from macrocarpa and limestone which expertly blends andreflects the design vernacular of its neighbours along the Eastern Hutt esplanade.
