Resident Project - BLACK HQ

In 2022 BLACK relocated it’s head office providing an opportunity to undertake an end-to-end fit out of their very own.

The space was rezoned from two penthouse apartments into a single 250m² commercial office space offering two s areas, offices with a view of the city and a ‘pause zone’ with expansive views of Waitematā Harbour. The space reflects BLACK’s vision of h finishes and detailing with both sustainability and community at the forefront. 

Resident was proud to have a range of products featured in this project, this includes the Felix Swivel Chair and Tangerine Barstool by Simon James, the Jiro Chair by John Tree and the Fulcrum Table Light by Cheshire Architects.
