The Hotel Britomart

Resident was proud to supply Furniture and Lighting into, recently completed The Hotel Britomart, designed by long standing Resident designers, Cheshire Architects.

As New Zealand's first 5 Green Star hotel, The Hotel Britomarts 99 rooms and common areas are sustainable from the ground up. Recycled textile slippers, locally made vases and lamps, organic cotton sheets and a sustainable seafood restaurant at the entrance pay homage to this. 
 
Cheshire Architects have been working on the patient regeneration of Aucklands historic downtown area for over 15 years, and The Hotel Britomart is the jewel in the crown of a neighbourhood which now houses an unforgettable array of the countrys best restaurants, bars, boutiques and cafes.
